To delete spam for a particular user login to Horde webmail and click the "Folders" icon at the top. Then click the checkbox next to the "Junk" mail folder and select "delete" from the "Choose Action" dropdown.
Make sure you check to see that there are no legitimate emails in your spam folder before deleting them though.
